GrannyMary Knits

It's been a long time.

I'm still in school. That's my excuse and it is a good one.

I have been knitting though.

Made some wrist warmers with Lorna's sock yarn

Got a new granddaughter. She is looking lovely in her Opal sock yarn sweater and her blankie knit from Ecowool. It is a yummy cozy blanket.

This hat is so cute. It is a Fiber Trends pattern and it hugs around the ears. I've made three so far.

I started the Schoolhouse Press Norwegian Mitten KAL. What do you think?

Yeaaaa me too

This is swimming deep in frog pond. I did notice that it seemed a bit big but thought some magic fairy would come along while I was sleeping and shrink it. Since I don't feel like knitting them on 00 or 000's I have decided not to make them at all.

  • Thanks Micah.
Is there a way to block pond scum like Oswald?

  • Oooooooooh what a cute baby - and the sweater ain't so bad, either! I think my own sock yarn baby sweater is going to be weirdly shaped. We'll see. You know I have a ban against all frogging, though, so it'll just have to be weird. LOL

Nice to see you posting again!
