Why HP sucks - or a Thursday rant
OK so, I install a new operating system in my computer and need to reload the printer drivers. Well, the drivers do not install properly so I call HP support only to be informed that my printer is three months out of warranty and I am asked if I want to purchase a year of tech support for 65.00. "No thank you what is option 2?" Well, I could buy 2 weeks of tech support for 34.00. If I understand this correctly my choices are to buy support for nearly the cost of the printer, or to buy two weeks for half the cost of the printer. I may nave been born on a Wednesday, but it wasn't yesterday. My new printer will not be HP.
Why am I so miffed about this? I have a big project due tomorrow and it needs to be printed in color. I'm grumpy
But, this picture makes me feel better. My new granddog, Mia. Isn't she cute?
